How it Works
1. Initial Consultation & Design Estimate
Our process begins with a phone or Zoom consultation where we take the time to get to know you and your goals. During this conversation, we’ll discuss your vision, the details of your property, your timeline, and budget. This step helps us align with your expectations and set the foundation for a successful project. In this meeting we will give you an estimated cost per square foot for your design based on its complexity.
2. On-Site Visit & Measurements
Next, we’ll schedule an in-person site visit with one of our design experts. During this visit, we’ll explore your vision in more detail, take precise measurements of your space, and capture aerial drone images. These measurements and visuals will allow us to craft a 3D design concept so you can see and experience your new landscape virtually before the work begins.
3. Design Proposal & Pricing
After the site visit, we’ll provide a design quote based on square footage and project complexity. We require a 50% deposit to start the design process, with the remaining due upon completion. Over the next one to two weeks, we’ll work on your design, making adjustments and refinements based on your feedback until it perfectly matches your vision. If you choose to work with us for the installation, you’ll receive a 30% credit of your design cost towards the total project price.
4. Installation Team Site Visit & Quote
Once the design is finalized, we’ll schedule a second site visit, this time we'll invite our trusted local partners. During this visit, we’ll assess the scope of the project, gather precise details, and ensure every aspect is accounted for. We’ll often have multiple partners provide quotes to guarantee you’re receiving a fair price and favorable timeline. This process typically takes one to two days, after which we’ll send you a detailed breakdown of the installation costs.
5. Deposit & Installation
After you’ve accepted the quote and we’ve received a 30% to 50% deposit, depending on material costs, we’ll officially schedule your project. The timeline for installation will depend on the scope of work, ranging from a quick one-week transformation to a multi-month process. Throughout the installation, the lead designer and project manager will be on-site to oversee our local partners, ensure the design is executed to perfection, and keep you informed on the progress. Our priority is to deliver a seamless, stress-free experience and leave you with a finished space that exceeds your expectations.
